Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am resident alien living in the US as business visa now. I heard I only be able in US maximum 6 month then I have to go out US.
Now if I go to Canada, Mexico or UK, for a week or for a day, I can come back to the US for another 6 months?

Are you on a B-1 visa? If so, your I-94 or admission stamp should reflect the duration of time you were admitted for. As far as re-entry goes, if you briefly leave the country, you might not be re-admitted, because it will look like you have immigrant intent.
If you are on a B-1 visa, you are not a resident alien, nor are you permitted to live in the U.S.
If you have a greencard or are in some other nonimmigrant visa status, such as H-1B or E-2, then that is a different story.
