Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am a resident i have my green card for 10 years in 4 more years I need to renew it. I got immigrated by my father became a US citizen. I've worked the last 1 year and a half only but I've never filed a tax return and last year and I have never opened a bank account never tried to apply for credit anywhere If someone asks where I live I give out an address where supposly all the family lives but I really live in mexico and my children go to school in mexico and i cross the border everyday to go to work, now the question is should I expect to be able to renew my green card or not? if not why?

It appears to me that you have abandoned your U.S. permanent residence by living outside the U.S., and also not having any ties to the country (other than working here, but there is a border crossing card that you can get for that).
I foresee potential problems with renewing the greencard, assuming USCIS inquires or discovers this when you file your I-90.
I would re-establish your ties with the U.S. now, and also consider contacting an immigration attorney when you are ready to file the I-90 in 4 years.
