Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My resignation date with old company and joining date with new company is on the same day when I changed by company in past. I am on H1b visa. Will this cause any issue in future since i was on the payroll for the both companies on the same day? Thank You.

You theoretically should be posing this question to the attorney who filed your H-1B visa petition with the second employer.
However, your start date with the second H-1B employer should not be before the date the I-129 petition was receipted by USCIS. If you were terminated by the first employer, then USCIS is a little more lenient with a gap than if you just quit.
