What rights does my boyfriend have?

I have been with my boyfriend for 7 years. He lost the right to be in the United States when he was 18 years old because of a fight that he was in. He is no 31. He has never even lived in Mexico and 4 years ago they caught him here and he served 3 years. When he served his time they deported him to Mexico, where he no longer has any family or friends there. So he came back to be with his family and daughters. Recently he was at a friends house and his friend got in a fight with his girlfriend causing the police to come. Well my boyfriend has a fake id and got arrested that night for it. They ran tests on him and for some reason released him, but served him a court date that he was to scared to go to. Now he has a warrant. Considering that he is an illegal alien, what can he do to clear up his name? Can he ever be legal in the United States and if yes how?

Look, I don't mean to be harsh but his case is almost hopeless. He has a felony conviction, served 3 years time, then got deported. He then broke the law again by coming back illegally after a deportation. Then, he used faked IDs while here and didn't even show up to court this time and has a warrant. There's no way to make him legal at this time. It doesn't matter that he has no family or friends in Mexico, or has children here.

Something in your question doesn't seem right, though. If he has never lived in Mexico, as you say, then he was born here and could never be deported because he's a US citizen. My guess is that what you really meant is that he was born in Mexico but came here at a very young age with his parents and got a green card at a young age, which he lost at 18. But he's still a Mexican citizen.
