Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am a Russian citizen, married to a US citizen, who underwent the naturalization last year. We married 3 years ago in Russia. Now I reside legally in Mexico with our daughter, who was born in Mexico. How and where can we start the immigration process for me and for our child.

Depends where your husband resides. If he is in the US, he needs to file Petition for Alien Relative (I-130 package) for you. He should take your daughter to the US Consulate General in Mexico and register her so your daughter can get her US citizenship. There is a short window of time, so don't delay!

After your I-130 is approved, you then start the process in Mexico. National Visa Center will send you the documentation and information requirements. It's too long for me to type it up. Good luck.
