Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Salvadorian need second opinion
I came to the US on june/1995 I entered illegal on 03/2002 I applied
for TPS and I was aproved (I still have TPS thru this date)on 05/2005
I married my wife a LPR, on 07/2004
she filed a petition for me and was
approved on 09/2005,on july/2008
we received a letter from nvc saying
my case was current and they were
ready to process and if I want it to
adjust my status here in the US or abroad, I will like to adjust here in the US but I don't know if I will have
problems, because my illegal entry and if I go to El Salvador Iam afraid to stay there for to long, I have been legal (TPS) since 2002, my question: can adjust here in the US
or is mandatory for me to go abroad ? do I going to need a waiver(what kind) here or there and if I go how long it will take for me to comeback.
Thank you for any response.
