Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Separation While I751 Pending

I've been married to a USC since July 2003. Filed I751 in Sep. 06 within 90 days time window. I do have a concern: My marriage is bona fide with lots of proof but we had a kind of open marriage because of my husband's sexuality (he's bi which I discovered in the aftermath). Both my husband and myself had extra-marrital affairs. US customs has record of my affair once when I was exiting US. How serious is this going to affect my I751?

Re: Separation While I751 Pending

If you are required to go to a second interview, the immigration examiner may inquire into this matter further. However, if the marriage was entered into in good faith you should be able to obtain a favorable decision from the immigration examiner.
