Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

shortchange

iam currently petitioned by this nursing registry here in northern california as a registered nurse for over a year now.currently iam awaiting for my I140 and I1485's approval from the uscis, unfortunately i feel that my employer is shortchanging me with my salary and to make matters worst i dont get medical, dental and vacation benefits from them thats why iam thinking of having another employer continued my petition and juz leave them also i have signed a 2 yrs contract with them which i was willing to pay but to amazement what was stipulated on my contract was only $10,000.00 but when i ask them how much of it should i pay since i have worked with them for more than a yr. now my employer told me that it had gone up to $27,000.00 now due to filling fee and all kind of things.what is going to happen to me if i juz moved out and have someone took over my petition? would i have to start with the petition all over again? can they also bring me to court with that contract that i have signed with them? i really need help...........
