Are you a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident? More information is needed to be able to assist you.
More information is needed to answer your question. If you have plans to marry and you are a U.S. Citizen, one option is to file a K1 fiance visa, or you may file immigrant petition for your wife if you marry in the Philippines. You may contact the law office at: 415-387-1364.
Dear Inquirer:
Assuming you are a US Citizen, you may petition your intended spouse as K-1 fiancee (or after marriage, file for a visa K-3 Visa) from outside the US, where she would file for adjustment of status in the US after arrival in the US. If you legally marry her in the US it may be possible to file for her adjustment of status without leaving the US on this visit, however, I would not make any plans without first consulting with a qualified Immigration Attorney.
If you are a lawful permanent resident (LPR) you cannot obtain a K-1 or K-3 visa and there is a long wait for immigrant status under the second preference category for LPR spousal petitions.
I recommend that you call 626-585-8005 or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
