Hello, well i would like to know if it is possible for my sister to ask for her Parents and brothers to be in the U.S she is a U.S citizen im currently in Mexico, Guadalajara and is it possible for her to ask for her brothers and parents to stay with her and for how long? alloll my brothers are single im curretly 19 years old and how long will it take i currently know english because i study different languages here in Mexico.

A person does not need a "sponsor" for a B-2 visa. However, if the person applying for a U.S. B-2 (visitor) visa has U.S. citizen relatives, it could actually deter the U.S. Consulate from issuing the visa, due to perceived immigrant intent.
Your sister can petition your parents for U.S. Legal Permanent Residency now. However, there is a very long wait for siblings of U.S. citizens, especially Mexican nationals.
