i have a son in law he whants to know if he can get his papers because he has a depertation since he was little because his father dintn finish the paper work and his married with a person who is born here if he has ani change to get his papers if he files

If he has a relief (i.e. an immigrant petition), he should file a Motion to Reopen for his deportation case.
