Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my son got married to someone here on a visa on April 12, 2012. Her visa has run out, they have filed the proper paperwork with the INS and now they want to end the marriage. what do we do?

Your son will need to file for divorce, and he should send USCIS a letter, requesting to withdraw the I-130 petition because the marriage is terminating. If he has any further questions, he can send me an email any time. Thank you.
