Fees vary a bit from one lawyer to another. The most important factor in choosing a lawyer is working with someone you're comfortable with.

My fees in these hard times are flexible, I understand that all are suffering right now, so we can talk about what's comfortable.

Feel free to contact me, see if you like me and the fee could be negotiated.

I would be happy to help you out if you contact me offline. Check me out at http://www.yardum-hunter.com, fill out a consultation request there at http://www.yardum-hunter.com/Main/Consultation.asp or simply email me at [email protected].

If you can provide proof that you came to the US legally (with a visa and I-94), you might be able to apply for a green card through your US citizen wife.

We charge a reasonable fee. Please contact our office for further discussion or email me at [email protected].

The charge varies from $1500 to $2500 plus filing fee. Since you over stayed...it is recommended that you get an attorney.

Re: how much would i spend

Fees will vary depending upon which attorney you use. Some attorneys charge flat fees, others hourly fees.

Assuming you have proof of your legal entry and have no further issues (criminal charges or other immigration issues) you should be able to accomplish this without great complication. All the same, I would strongly suggest that you at least consult with an attorney before getting started so as to have a full understanding of the process. Please email my office directly if you have further questions. I will look forward to hearing from you!
