Sponsor my Brother

I�m green card holder & i would like to sponsor my brother to the USA, what is the procedures & how long it will take as he is now 37yrs & married with child 3yrs .

You must become a US citizen before you can sponsor your brother. The only family members a lawful permanent resident may sponsor are spouses, children under 21 and unmarried sons and daughters over 21.
