Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Yes I am currently on a F1 visa and got an internship through my school with this very known film company. (I cant mention their name on here cause I dont want to jeopardize my job). And now would like to continue my work for them. I work again on Thursday, should I ask them then? And is it a hassle for a company to file such a thing or not?

Considering that the deadline is approaching quickly you should really move on this ASAP. If you wait until Thursday you will limit the amount of time to complete the required tasks.

There are costs involved for the employer (application fee, fraud fee, employer fee, etc. - this doesn't include attorney fees) to sponsor you and some requirements that need to be completed by you and the employer.
