Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I sponsored my sister in law (brother's wife) with affidavit of support to the USA. She stayed for 5 months and then left the country and has been gone for 9 months. Can I withdraw the affidavit of support?

No, unfortunately you cannot, but as she's not here, liability is highly unlikely as that occurs only after a person has received public benefits. If she's not here, she wouldn't begin to qualify.
In California, to my knowledge, the government has never tried to enforce an Affidavit of Support.
The above is general information, not case specific advice. It does not form an attorney client relationship.
