Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

sponsoring for H-1 visa

Is it possible for my uncle who is an American citizen, to sponsor me for H-1 visa( that is after im done with the OPT) or do i have to ask only from the employer to do that? what if the employer didn't sponsor me? what are my chances and options? Plz help.Thank you

Only an employer can sponsor you for H1 visa not your uncle. If your uncle has a company...he can sponsor you through that company.
