Re: Sponsorship
For a boy that age, only a parent who's a US citizen can petition (sponsor) for him, which is most likely not the case, since if his parents were citizens, you probably wouldn't have posted this question. Someone who's unrelated cannot help. Otherwise, there's no hope, unless his parents have already been petitioned for their own green cards by their own US citizen parents/siblings, or through an employer sponsorship, and are in the final process of getting the green cards. The boy, as a minor, could go along in that case. However, if no paperwork has been started for the parents in the past few years, there's no realistic solution, and the boy will be in illegal status for the next several years.

Re: Sponsorship
We agree with the answer the previous attorney posted regarding the immigration status of the child, however, if there are any additional facts regarding the parent's status, etc..we may be able to provide timely legal assistance in this matter. For a free phone consultation, contact us directly.
Re: Sponsorship
From the facts you have provided it seems that parents should apply for Cancellation of Removal which results into greencard I am assuming that younger brothers are US citizens...and it would be possible to show extreme and unusal hardship to them.
