Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I submitted to the I-751 petition with my husband to remove condition on my resident card. We submitted it within 90 day period, so the card expires on 10/29/10, we submitted it on 8/3/10, got the 1 year extension notice on 8/5/10. But its 9/14/10, I still have not gotten the biometric appointment, I read some response online, many people get their appointment within 2 or 3 weeks. Why is mine taking a little bit too long, I am a little worried. I am in California so I filed it to the California Service Center.
