The first part of the answer is simple ... if she is not in status, there is nothing she can do. She must leave the country and re-enter on a valid visa to start with any procedure.

From there, she may be eligible for a family green card, if she has family that is a citizen here, or political asylum, or a work permit visa, or a professional visa, none of which I can tell if she is eligible for under the facts you have given me.

She needs a consultation with an immigration attorney. We charge $50 for a consultation and will waive it, if we are retained. Also, many attorneys will offer free consultations. So, start making the calls. Good luck.
