Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Whats the total cost marrying a US citizen?

I have a question, I recently got married (I am here legally on a F1 visa) and am now looking at the forms to file and so far I think these are all I need:

-Petition Alien Relative $355

-Adjustment Status $1010

-Employment Authorization $340

Am I missing something or is this really cheap?

If you think the Gov't fees are cheap, they are, but investing with an experienced Attorney helps the process along, if in Southern California contact us. We do not charge for initial consultation.

It isn't cheap if you run into roadblocks or delays! To get the job done seamlessly, you might consider hiring an attorney, which could also be viewed as cheap in terms of correct advice, efficiency and results.

actually, the the employment authorization document is included in the $1010 filing fee. I would say you should hire an attorney, espeically if you think that's cheap because a lawyer will only charge a couple of thousand additional and you're morre assured of getting the case done right without any delays.
