Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
trailer
I have a 16 ft pleasure boat with trailer for carring it. I would like to go to Ensenada, Mexico (75 miles from border) with it and possibly keep it on our property there. Do I need any paper work other than a pink slip for both in order to do that?

Re: trailer
there are permits needed and you should make sure they are done legally. This matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you are located in Southern California, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation
