Travel Outside USA
My green card has been given for correction. If I need to trval before my card arrives what do I need to do?

The safest thing to do is to not travel until you get your card back. Otherwise, yes you should be able to get a stamp in your passport evidencing your status as a permanent resident. Immigration is very complicated and you are much safer not leaving the country for now.

If your green card was returned for a correction, you should get a stamp in your passport indicating your lawful permanent resident status. On the other hand, your card should not take too long, and you may not want to travel without it, unless absolutely necessary.
