Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am from Turkey and studied here for 5 years and now i am on my one year work permit and still have 6-7 months left. I opened up a small business and it is going ok but i'd like to expand it in the future as well. I am looking ways to apply for a investor visa or work visa etc. please if someone could show me a way to be able to stay in USA it would be great.

Currently, I live in San Diego, CA.

If you meet certain requirements, you may apply for E-2 treaty investor visa. If you find an employer who is willing to petition you, you may qualify for H-1B temporary working visa.

We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
