Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My uncle petitioned for my dad over 10 years ago when I was still a minor. I am now over 21, am I still be eligible to become a citizen?.

Yes it is possible. You have to know the priority date of the I-130 petition and or the approval date of that petition along with you age at the time. I assume you are talking about a U.S. Citizen uncle who petitioned for his brother to get his greem card. Please see an immigration attorney and act quickly because you have a year to act if you meet the requirements. Good Luck
