If you were a minor when your father naturalized, you may already be a U.S. Citizen. For more information, give me a call at 1-800-408-5818.
The above answer presumes that your father was naturalized. If your father was born in the U.S., you may be a citizen by descent. You would need various documents relating to his birth (and his naturalization), his residency in the U.S. prior to your birth, etc. If he will not provide these documents voluntarily, then you may need to obtain a court order forcing their production. You will need a lawyer licensed in the state where these documents reside to acquire the order on your behalf.
