Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

urgent

i am a mexican male who was deported in 1997 from us to mexico , as a youg male i made many mistakes and i ended up getting deported .i have a daughter with leuquimia in sacramento california and the docters say its very serious , that i need to be their is it possible for me to get a pass to go see her . they say they will give me a letter stating the cituacion .what can i do ?
