Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
US-Philippines Immigration:
Good Day!
I've been deported from the United States on 2004 for the case of aggravated felony which I served the penalty on jail. My mom, dad, sis, brother, two (2) sons and relatives were living in California who were US Citizens. I'm almost 9 years living here in the Phils being renewed citizen with good moral character and no any cases filed against me during my stay here. Can I still go back to California where my family is living? Please help me or give me advices on what to do to go back to the country where I used to stay before, Thank you and God Bless!!!

First you need to have your family to file a petition for you. Once the petition is approved you need to apply for a waiver. You will definitely need a lawyer for this type of situation.
