Hi

I am a victim of domestic voilence,Now i am divorced and it's already been 3-4 years.Can i still apply for my greencard through any method?

You should have applied for I-360 under VAWA. Do you have proof of abuse? Why did you wait so long?

Get a hold of a good immigration lawyer who may be able to help you self-petition, okay? There are provisions that would help you. Why didn't you inquire sooner! But better late than never. Good luck!
