Visa OverStay

I have overstayed my US B2 visa by three years now. I have not been caught or been involved in any criminal activity. I want to leave the US now. I have a clean record. Will I face any problem at immigratrion when i leave US to go back to my home country? I just want to leave US now. Please let me know. Thanks.

Re: Visa OverStay

You will not have any problem leaving the country but will not be able to come back for 10 years. On the other hand nobody leaves the United States withouit making an effort to stay here permanently.
