Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi, i volunteer myself to leave the US this Jan after being illegal in US since 2007 or earlier.
I checked online abt the I-212 to reapply the visa, i wonder if there is a way to go back US in shorter period instead of waiting for the nxt 10yrs? My bf is US citizen, now i find out it is really painful to leave him. If he is willing to fly here and proceed the marry procedure, how long will that take to get my status adjusted? And re-enter US again? And what if we dont get marry, what kind of procedure i need to do? Shld i file the I-212 now to obtain consent to reapply? Thank you so much!

If you took voluntary departure - then you can re-enter whenever as long as you have available immigration relief to you.
