waivers

I'm a U.S. citezen, My wife of 5 years isn't (entered country illegally) we have 3 kids born in U.S.. Is there any way to get her a visa, passport, or citezenship without having to go back to mexico? If yes how and how much money will it cost?

The only way a person who entered the U.S. illegally can qualify for permanent residence without departing is if she had an immigrant petition or labor certification filed on her behalf prior to 3/30/01.

If she did not, then she must consular process, triggering the 10 year bar, and approval of discretionary unlawful presence waiver.
