once you go to your interview and present the waver, about how long will it be before you get a decision.?and when can you enter back into the U.S.

The wait time will depend on several factors, including whether it was a waiver for an immigrant visa or a nonimmigrant visa, which consular post you went to, how thorough is the waiver application.

Generally, a waiver for nonimmigrant visas can take a month to several months. A waiver for an immigrant waiver can generally take between 6 months to a year.

These are just estimates and the wait time really does vary depending on a particular situation. If you are concerned that your waiver has been pending for too long, you may wish to contact the consular post where you submitted your waiver.
