Can an illegal(expired visa)person living on the american territory get married ? and become an american citizen after all the administrativ process? if it is possible, how long does it take to get the american residence card ?

If you overstayed your visitor's visa, then your US citizen spouse can sponsor your permanent residence in the U.S.
