my wifes mother didnt put paper work for her kids but are in the process since 2006 but not she's married to me and we have one child and one on the way . iam a citizen and a veteran what are my options on hurrying up the process or taking another rout

Your question is unclear, however, if you are a U.S. citizen, depending on if your girlfriend entered legally or not, etc., you might be able to apply for her "greencard" once you are married. You cannot do anything to assist her as a boyfriend, though.
