Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I would suggest you either retain an Immigration attorney or various churches help for little or no money in Immigration. You want to find out if you can make an agreement for what is called voluntary departure. If you can do that because that will not only allow you to leave the country on your own, it will be of benefit to you from an immigration standpoint if you decide to come back. I should add that I had one client who was ordered deported and wound up in the Bay County Jail (Panama City, Florida) for a lengthy stay (no criminal charges or any other reason to hold him other than he was deported) because there was a problem between the U.S. Government and his country's government. I'm certain that if I hand not become involved he would still be sitting in the jail with all its criminal element solely because of his deportation and bad relations between the U.S. government and his country's government.
