Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

How Do I Withdraw My Fiancee Visa

I applied for a Visa for a girl from outside the USA. This was granted. In less than 2 weeks of her arrival in the USA, everything seems to be working wrongly. I am begining to suspect that she used me to bring her into the USA. Meanwhile, we are yet to marry in the USA. As at now, I do not intend to proceed with this.

How do I end this relationship and how I make her leave my house or the USA?

Re: How Do I Withdraw My Fiancee Visa

Do nothing. If you don't marry her within 90 days of entry, she'll lose her fiancee status, and will be out of status after that. Eventually, the INS will find out and seek to deport her. You can even notify the INS.

As for getting her out of your house, just kick her out!
