Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I won my ummigration case but they appeal, so it was sent to BIA, I never received any final decision letter and when I call the 1800 number it tells me my case is sustained what does this mean?

You or your attorney should receive a decision from BIA. If not, you might request a copy from BIA or throught FOIA. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney to find out the decision.
