Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

hi, i was wondeing about immigration naturalization law with requirements of records such as trespassing... is that a requirement record to bring to the appointment? if the tresspassing event occured 6 years ago in 2004 in California? in my case camping on apartment complex property where i used to reside 1 month prior in my van . Also if I'm out of state as I am now in Florida is there a way that i could request a public attouney to represent for me in court cause I still Haven't shown for court for the tresspassing ?if you cannot help me on this would you be able to suggest where else i could look?

A conviction for trespassing should not subject you to deportation. However, I would need much more detailed information about your criminal case to properly advise you.
