Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

work visa for US

i am currently working as a model in the UK but I have a fiance who lives and works in California. Which visa would I need to apply for?I have only one tearsheet to prove my work but I have a professional portfolio. An agency in LA has seen my pictures and are interested in taking me on but will not sponsor me.

Re: work visa for US

If your fiance is a US citizen, then he can sponsor your fiance visa. Otherwise you need an employer to sponsor you.

Re: work visa for US

the answer is it depends on when you need to be here. If you have some work to finish up in England that would take you a few months or so, it would give Go ahead and call my office or have your husband call m, and we'll arrange something.
