Accident with Alleged Illegal Alien
My nephew was involved in a car/bicycle accident. The alleged illegal alien did not provide any proof of identification and has now hired a lawyer to sue my nephew. What is my nephews recourse?

He should immediately report this to his own insurer and let them handle it.

He calls his auto insurance carrier, unless he was illegally driving while uninsured.
