Accident Car
I was in an accident. i had swerved from hitting a car in front of me and ended up reaer ending the person in front of that car.
years later i am getting noticifcation that im being sued. Im guess for wahts over my coverage. at the accident i made sure all was good and she said yes. No i get this letter that she is suing me. What can they sue me for if i have no assets? I filed for bankrupcy about 3 yrs ago. I have no home or property.

Depending on how long ago the accident was, they may be past the statute of limitations to sue you. It will be important to carefully examine the Complaint, or the document that was served upon you notifying you of the lawsuit to find out when the lawsuit was filed and whether they complied with service correctly. Absent extraordinary circumstances, it seems strange that you would be sued years after the fact.
