Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

accident

i got into an accident 3 weeks ago there were 3 cars mine in front,the middle car and then the car who caused the accident the person who caused the accident pushed the middle car into mine even though she didn't cause it(the middle car) she didn't leave anough room who is resposable for my damages is the middle car or both or the one that caused the accident,we don't know if the owner of the car who caused the accident has insurance the driver had an suspened licence.

Generally, it would be the person at the back who is repsonsible. The car in the middle apparently stoped safely. However, I would be curious as to how many impacts you felt. That could change the answer.

Ultimately, if it is just property damage, report it to your insurance company and let them go after the responsible party. If you do not have collision coverage, you may need to sue both of them in small claims court.
