auto accident no insurance, but not at fault
My friend was rearended by a guy with full coverage insurance. The man was at fault, but my friend didnt have insurance.Will his insurance still fix her car, and pay her medical bills. A police officer was notified, and the guy admitted he was at fault.

I believe his insurance will cover all but your friend's non-economic damages.
