auto insurance

my auto insurance company said I need to have an examination under oath,this is regarding an auto theft claim.is this ok?

If your policy provides for it, yes. You should retain an attorney, as the EUO is basically a deposition where you testify under oath under questioning by the attorney for the insurer. Something is wrong in the insurer's opinion and they want to see if they can flush it out. This is an adversarial proceeding, not a friendly sit down to discuss the claim.
