Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
auto
four weeks ago I bought a brand new
toyota prius. Today, while parking in
the church parking lot my employer
rents out (my ewmployer is not the
church), heavy winds knocked out
the plexiglass from the church sign
upon my car leaving scratches and a
minor dent. Who, if anybody, is liable
for the dmages to my car?

Re: auto
Probably no one. This sounds like it may be an act of God. The easiest solution: report it to your insurance company, let them handle it. If they think someone else is responsible, they will go after that person.
