car accident

I was in a car accident the other driver ran the red light she said she was sorry. She has changed her story now. I was driving a friends car he had no car insurance. I had an attorney who sent me and my niece to therapy we went for 2 months but now that the claim adjuster for the other driver deniend the case. My attorney said she no longer wants to represent me. What can I do now, my friends car is damage. Is there a way to prove she was a fault by the way the car's were positioned?
