car accident my fault/got injured

I got into an accident i was put at fault because other drivers drove away I was only one in car do i get a settlment from my insurance compny

I don't understand your facts. If you were at fault and someone is making a claim against you, tell your own insurance company about it to get the matter settled. If, on the other hand, you suffered damages or injuries caused by another car, but they drove away and you can't identify them, then generally you could make a claim against your own insurance policy if you carried uninsured motorist coverage.
