Car rental insurance

Hi. I was recently involved in a car accident at which I was at fault. While his car is being repaired, am I responsible for his car rental? If his car is valued at 25-30 thousand dollars, and he rented a $150/day car, must I cover all of that?

You are responsible for the reasonable rental expense incurred. That usually means $20 to $30 per day. However, your insurance company should be dealing with this for you.
