Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
My car was stolen
I need to know my rights. My car was stolen I reported It and my ins company is giving me a hard time. What do they have the right to require of me? They want me to sign a waiver to allow them to dig through all my personal info. I feel like this is a violation of my privacy. please help. Please get back to me asap as they are telling me that if I do not submit to this they will hire an attorney to make me submit. I feels like I'm being treated like a criminal.
